Diana Liu
- Founder & Managing Director
As the Director for Carson Capital Pty Ltd, Diana has drawn her extensive decade’s worth experience in financial advisory, commercial and residential lending and in-depth understanding of Australian property market, to create a strategic and unique approach to value creation. Diana has a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and Management from University of Technology Sydney. She is also a senior member of the MFAA.
Diana was the Founder and Managing Director for Wealth Connected Pty Ltd, an award-winning authorised corporate representative of AMP Financial Planning Pty Ltd over a period of 8 years. With well-established professionalism and reputation within the industry, Ms Liu has developed clientele of various backgrounds and cultures.
As an Accredited Mortgage Consultant, she was awarded the National Top Commercial Broker by the Australian Financial Group in 2014 among 2000 brokers, making her the first female recipient of this Award in 20 years.
Besides wealth creation, Diana is committed to developing Carson Capital into a platform for people who share the same philanthropic passion and to actively engaging into supporting the wider society.
Mark Zukerman
- Director, Capital Markets
Mark has 30 years of experience in finance and funds management across Australian and international markets, having been involved in real estate credit transactions exceeding AUD 2.5 billion across various economic and property cycles.
Eighteen years ago, he entered the Australian finance industry and, in 2007, joined Australian Unity, a 182-year-old mutual company, working in the non-bank lending sector. During his 11-year tenure, he drove lending growth, participated in the 2014 acquisition of an unlisted private debt fund, and served as a Responsible Manager on the Credit Licence of Australian Unity Mortgage Investments Limited.
Before joining Carson Capital, Mark founded the commercial lending division at Centennial Property Group, where he established compliance frameworks, successfully underwrote approximately AUD 190 million in real estate credit, and facilitated capital raising from wholesale investors across Australia and Asia.
At Carson Capital, he brings extensive experience in funds management and credit, a strong financial market network, and established relationships with borrowers, investors, and external service providers, including lawyers, property valuers, and quantity surveyors.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
